Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Support sales and marketing campaigns through direct customer interaction
- Track and update client accounts and customer interactions
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client goals and expectations
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required
