We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in building strong customer relationships, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or social media

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and solution-focused support across a variety of customer needs

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, product information, billing, and technical issues

  • Troubleshoot problems and provide real-time solutions in a clear, professional manner

  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system

  • Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, product, etc.) to address customer concerns

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and promotions

  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer service experience

Who You Are:

  • A strong communicator who listens actively and speaks clearly and professionally

  • Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to help people and build trust

  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities at once

  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms, help desk software, or call center tools

  • A collaborative team player who brings positivity and accountability to their work

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred (retail, call center, or related field)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to de-escalate tense situations and remain professional under pressure

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and customer support software

Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
