We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to customer problems

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus

  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Empathetic, patient, and solutions-driven mindset

  • Proficient with computers and CRM or call center systems

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
