We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every interaction. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to customer problems
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Empathetic, patient, and solutions-driven mindset
- Proficient with computers and CRM or call center systems
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
