Are you a people-person who thrives in lively, energetic environments? We’re looking for friendly, dependable Customer Service Representatives to join our Event Team and help create amazing experiences for guests. If you enjoy working face-to-face, problem-solving on the fly, and being part of exciting live events—this role is for you!

🎤 What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist guests at event venues, check-in areas, or help desks

  • Provide information, directions, and support with a smile

  • Help manage crowd flow, ticketing, and line control

  • Handle guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude

  • Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations

  • Assist with setup, breakdown, or booth support when needed

🙋 Who You Are:

  • Outgoing, approachable, and calm under pressure

  • Great at communication and quick thinking in dynamic situations

  • Able to stand or move around for extended periods

  • Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude

  • Prior customer service or event experience is a bonus—but not required!
